සුඩාන බෂීර් යළි වැඩ අරඹයි

සුඩානයේ ජනාධිපති ඕමාර් අල් බෂීර් දෙවන ධූර කාලයේ වැඩකටයුතු ආරම්භ කොට තිබෙනවා.බෂීර්ට එරෙහිව යුද අපරාධ චෝදනා නැගී තිබුණ අතරවාරයේ අන්තර්ජාතික අධිකරණය විසින් වරෙන්තුවක් නිකුත් කොට තිබෙනවා.ඩැෆර් කලාපයේ ගැටුම් හේතුවෙන් මේ වන විට විසි ලක්ෂයකට අධික පිරිසක් මිය ගොස් තිබෙනවා.සුඩාන කැරළිකරුවන් මර්දනය කිරීමේ ස්වරූපය මානව හිමිකම් උල්ලංඝනයක් ලෙසයි සැලකෙන්නේ. බෂීර් ජනපතිවරණයෙන් ජයගත් ආකාරයත් ජාත්‍යන්තර නිරීක්ෂකයන්ට අනුව දූෂිතයි.
බලයේ සිටින ජනපතිවරයෙකුට එරෙහිව අන්තර්ජාතික අධිකරණයකින් වරෙන්තුවක් නිකුත් කළ ප්‍රථම වතාව මෙයයි.එසේම නිකුත් කළ වරෙන්තුවක් ක්‍රියාවට නැංවීම‍ට නොහැකිවන ප්‍රථම වතාවත් මෙය වන්නට ඉඩ තිබෙනවා.
President Omar al-Bashir will be sworn in for a new term as the President of Sudan.
International observers and the United States, criticized the elections and said there were irregularities in many parts of the country.
Last year, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for al-Bashir over alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur.
The incumbent president has defied the arrest warrant, the first ever issued by the ICC for a sitting head of state.
