"The IIFA weekend is rocking as ever," said actor Sanjay Dutt.
On being asked to comment about the controversy actor Sharman Joshi said, " I don't know what boycott you are talking about."
"I think we all need to support the unity of the Hindi film industry right now," said actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, who has reached Colombo to attend the function.
"I think anything that tries to divide is wrong. It's not a time for building walls, but bridges," said Sabbas Joseph, director, Wizcraft International the organisers of the award function.
Some stars seem to be proving their loyalty towards India's most popular award ceremony and some pretending that the issue doesn't exist. But the fact remains that many of these celebs may just have to pay a heavy price for being part of IIFA, and the repercussions will definitely last more than just three days.
